Will this plan help me achieve my goals?
my two goals are to boost testosterone and put on some more muscle mass.
im going to start taking ZMA before going to sleep each night and get 8-10 hrs.
my workout program is:
repeat three times no rest circuit
all exersices are ten reps (one or two short of failure)
this workout will be done every three days
squats
dumbbell flat press
dumbbell shoulder press
lat pulldowns
dumbbell rows
I don't know if ZMA is a prescription, but testosterone comes from a doctor's prescription, so I can't comment on that. Regarding the workout, I don't know how much weight you will be lifting, but I am sure you will take measurements before you start, and then, three weeks later to see if you have improved.
