How much does your sex define who you are and how you view the world?

How important is it to identify with your own sex and with the concerns others of your sex share?

I think it has less to do with your gender than it does your world outlook. I like to think I relate well to both men and women. As a former soldier in a chemical (non-combat hah!) unit I have seen women who could outperform men in just about every aspect of the "manly" arts. I've also seen men who are gentle caregivers in the nursing field. Sharing who you are and taking care of those you love isn't a thing that needs to be influenced by your gender.
