How much dark chocolate should we eat per day?

Health magazines are always talking about how dark chocolate aids your low blood pressure, yet how much dark chocolate should we, or rather, can we eat per day? Is it true, or is this saying just a quick excuse for people to eat chocolate?

Dark chocolate, has more antioxidants per gram than other antioxidant-rich foods such as red wine, Green Tea and berry fruits. But only a bit a day, since chocolate is notoriously rich in unhealthy fat.
For instance, according to candy manufacturer Hershey's, a dark chocolate Mounds bar weighs 1.72 ounces and has 240 calories and 13 grams of fat, most of it saturated fat.
As a guideline:around one 30g-ish bars a week is probably about right.
