what is an effective way to complete the Burner Fat loss / weight?

I try to add a bit of exaggeration in my training regular and diet. I alternate between lifting and running every other morning. I'm trying to Lose Weight relatively quickly for my wedding in July. I am currently not seeing the results I want and I get discouraged.

no such thing. if no one would be a problem with their weight. swap your routine your body may become accustomed to a diet and regular exercise routine. to take a week rest and start again.
