Which protein is used to give pre drive power and energy to muscles after exercise and this type rebuild?

I heard there are two different protein substances and one for energy and power should not be taken after practice because it delays the process of building size. Could you provide the names and types of these two proteins.

A good type of protein for pre-workout is slow digesting proteins like casein. A good workout later, is about fast digesting protein like whey protein. If you take an extra pre-workout, you can supplement with BCAA (branched chain amino acids) that are the building blocks for muscle. Studies have shown that BCAA, in particular L-leucine can improve muscle recovery, promote accumulation of muscle and promote an anabolic environment which means more muscle mass. BCAA are delighted to be taken just before, during and after.
