Would Super Growth work for someone like me?

I'll probably try it when i'm 18, freshman year in college. i've heard a lot of bad and good things about it, especially how it works differently for different people depending on your genes and Amino Acid content in your body.
So here:
i'm 16
My parents were 5'9 1/2(dad) and 5'7(mom) during at their tallest.
i'm only 5'6.
as i said, i won't use it until college. i think i'm through most stages of puberty. I'm east asian. So preferably from personal experience, does this thing work at all?
