whats the best way to gain size, muscle wise?

i go to the gym 6 days a week and i just finished up leaning out and im at 9% body fat.

but now i wanna gain size because i started to get a little skinny. whats the best way to do that with out putting on too much body fat?

right now im taking these supplements: Protien, N.O. Shotgun and N.O. synthesize.

any suggestions?

Go to the gym less often like 4 days a week, because muscles grow when you rest not when you train them. Eat 6 times a day, get a shake after a workout. Count your calories and if you start seeing fat gains, cut it by 250 cals a day ;)
