How to get stronger and faster?
I am doing a triathlon, and I know the workouts, and I am not lazy at all. In fact, I wish I could work out more than 5 hours a day and I would if I had the time. Anyways, I often hit peaks, but I think I understand how to overcome those.
What my question is what supplements should I be taking. Please keep in mind I am only 17 years old and I am just trying to get in great shape to finish off senior year before I study away my college years. Currently I drink Ribose, Creatine and Slimfast, what else should I take? I've been considering Whey protein. Also another thing I'M NOT RICH, so dont suggest things that cost a shit load.
