Is Syntha 6 a safe Protein Shake?
Hi everyone,
I was recently looking at a poll for syntha 6 flavors, I finally concluded that I should try the strawberry one, till I saw a poster who said that he used syntha 6 until he found out how much Casein Protein was in it...
After doing some research, apparently casein protein can increase the chances of getting cancer (not saying syntha 6 is the ONLY protein with it, but I'm not sure...) With that being said, is Syntha 6 a safe/healthy shake? (In my opinion, my health is more important than my looks...)
(My plan is to simply use it as a post-workout shake, not a Meal Replacement)
never heard that b4, but theres casein in all dairy products, so u think theyre safe?
u should use a whey for post work out, whey is a fast digesting protein, the kind u need after a work out.
Casein is a slower digesting one, its best to be taken b4 bed or in the morning.
* protein shakes are not bad for u, since when is protein bad? wow sooooo much misinformation its crazy.
Most protein shakes are made from dehydrated milk. I guess milk causes cancer and hurts ur kidneys....... wow just wow
