can i take hydroxycut,with Animal Stak 2 ,and Animal Pak vitamins? plus protein?
i want tol lose a lil weight and cut up right now i'm 200lbs , but i cant barely see my abs and i do cardio but i think not enough, anyways what u think or if you got any suggestions ,oh and how much cardio should i do without losing muscle ,thanks

If you are doing enough cardio you do NOT need hydroxycut. Just change up your intensity instead of a steady pace.
For instance run sprints instead of jogging.
