Whey protein is GNC Pro Performance 100% effective?
Sup all. I recently purchased a 100% GNC Pro Performance. I plan to work for the summer. Do you think it's pretty effective for me to get muscles in a month (mainly ABS)? I just started using whey protein. I do not use creatine. The product is good or CNG should I buy another brand? I need help, man.
Take a 100% ISOLATE variety of proteins because it is highly bioavailable and digestible. Avoid concentrated mixtures of inferior quality. Take 1 to 1.5 grams per kilogram of body weight distributed evenly throughout the day into 6 portions. This will keep your body in a positive nitrogen balance, which promotes anabolism (muscle growth) and sticks catabolism (muscle wasting). Seriously consider a BCAA (branched chain amino acids) complete and maintain the muscles you grow. Enjoy!
