What exactly does Cytosports Musclemilk do?
I've been working out now for awhile. And just recently some of my friends recommended Muscle Milk. So i bought some. I've only used it once so far because i've been kind of confused on what the product does. One of my friends tell me that all it does is rebuild your muscles to be bigger and thicker, faster. But he also says you should only drink it after workouts even though the bottle says before and after workouts and before you go to bed. One of my friends say that it's bad for you and it's a type of steroid. If anyone can shed any light on this i'd be appreciative. And if anyone can explain what creatine does and if it's a type of steroid i'd be thankful.
muscle milk is just a protein blend. Its overpriced and over hyped. just buy some bulk whey.
creatine is not a steroid. It is an amino acid naturally produced by the body and found in meat. it is perfectly safe. Just be sure to hydrate properly.
