Are hormones and antibiotics actually bad for milk ?
There is this little note on my milk saying that there is no significant difference between cows injected with hormones and antibiotics and cows that aren't injected with them. I'm not sure if I believe this. It just seems healthier to have natural milk. So is there a difference?
Unfortunately, there are many studies out there for and against milk and all of them will contradict one or the other. It's one of those things that will make people quote various sources, all seemingly credible, that will just confuse you even more.
I suggest you go with your gut instinct on this one and go with whatever you prefer.
