Made Cholest

Is this rice pudding healthy...?
I'm trying to be healthier. I actually want to loose a little weight. So I'm trying to have a healthy diet and whatnot. Anywho, I eat manly fruits and salads. My work sells the rice pudding and I feel some how the rice helps with my diet but i don't know. Plus, it seems pretty all natural, as there are only 6 ingredients listed, none of which are like, man made chemicals.

Sooo, is it healthy? Or should I stay away?
That's "lose" weight (loose means not tight)...
In moderation, it's not UNhealthy but nothing in the stats you posted indicate it's got any good nutritional value...plus rice pudding is typically made from white rice (brown is healthier) and sugar (white sugar is not healthy) so overall...not "healthy" per se, but there are worse things you could eat...
Once in a while, it's not going ot hurt you...but also consider if a serving is 200 calories, are you consuming just 1 serving and if your calories in vs calories burned that day are not off balance...theoretically you could eat nothing but junk food and lose weight, but you wouldn't be healthy and wouldn't be able to eat much (quantity) before hitting your calorie max...
