is this healthy eating or not ?
i am 15, male, 170 Lbs i exercise like 1 or 2 times a week and i downhill ski 3 nights a week.
Breakfast= Beagle full, large glass of water
Lunch= Sandwich(ham or turkey or some kind of fish) a few cookies and a peach juice box
Dinner= some meat, vegetables, potatoes, and normally orange juice.
im trying to lose weight. is this a health diet or unhealthy?
Yes it is healthy, but you have to limit the juice intake. My doctor has me on a special diet..and I thought drinking orange and cranberry juice instead of soda would be okay, and its not. Fruit juice has almost the same sugars/sodium than soda. Maybe try drinking crystal light over the juice box or milk. Other than that your eating habits aren't bad:)

try incorporating fresh fruits in your diet...fruit is good for you!
