Bulking up too much?
Hey I'm about 5'8" 160lbs. I have been on a bulking phase, lifting a lot of weights, eating, and taking a weight gainer called cytogainer. Is it bad to continually take weight gainer if I gain both muscle and fat? Should I cycle the weight gainer supplements? I don't want to hurt my body by gaining too fast (I gained 10 lbs in the last month already), but I DO want to get big.

there is no reason on earth to get fat while trying to gain muscle mass. i've seen it and experienced it countless times. in the end you will have to diet down (cut) for 4-6 months and go through horrible dieting schemes and plans that will make your life a living hell, only to lose 90% of the weight you gained and end up with 5-10 lbs of new muscle per year. why not gain 1 lb a month? i assure you, with the correct diet, you can gain pure mass without the fat. all this bulking up crap is just a scam to sell weight gainers and other useless supplements. 12 lbs per year means 50 new lbs of muscle in 4 years. or, you can eat whatever you want and gain 10 lbs a month, just to see that your waist has blown up to 40 inches and you have to spend 6 months dieting without cheating on a single meal and doing cardio twice a day.
P.S. i have a cheaper weight gainer that has the same ingredients as all of those in the market. buy the cheapest, lowest quality whey protein concentrate, and add about 3 lbs of processed sugar to it, and couple of ounces of vegetable oil... cuz that's basically what they are. look at the ingredients... mostly dextrose, moltodextrin, fructose, whey concentrate, MCT (medium chain triglycerides)
don't waist your money... eat good food and high quality whey isolate. If you hit a plataeu for a month, add 500 calories to your diet... you'll like the results, i assure you.
