What are the ways to keep your immune system healthy?
I do not know much about the immune system, and I would like to know some cool facts about this and how to keep healthy. Thank you! Thank you guys! The advice I was great, and now I know that some excellent ways to keep my immune system healthy. Also, if you know of diseases that affect AIDS and other autoimmune disease, I would love to know too. Thank you again!
Without being too technical with biology, etc. I'll give you a clear answer. A healthy immune system [as you know] directly related to what foods you eat. I had a bad cold for a little over a week and have already been prescribed an antibiotic, but I find the key ingredient that allows fresh fruit that contains lots of vitamin C. Doctors have recently discovered VC does nothing for colds, but it's more about what it does to your body's immune system by protecting it from infection. It can not "cure" a cold, but it certainly helps recovery. On a more basic level, a boost of immunity from day to day, I often had drinks such as tomato or V8 juice because it provides my body with many vitamins that help with endurance, energy, alertness and also a beautiful skin. It's almost like having a shower in the morning, but inside your body. Plenty of water, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, meat beef (for iron) and plenty of milk for calcium. This may seem typical, but you can not go wrong with the picture of health eating pyramid. It is all about right vitamins keep your immune system working to it's full potential.
