im 22 and I weigh 125. i cannot seem to gain weight no matter what I do.?

hello im 22 and I weigh 125. i cannot seem to gain weight, regardless what I do. Perhaps because of my body type ectomorphic, but anyhow i workout 4 times a week. I eat about 5-6 meals a day including nutition my best gainer pro complex protein shake and also take supplements such as animal pak (pack multi vitamin) and animal m-Stake (non-hormonal pack Anabolic). I even had my thyroid checked to see if I hyperthroid, which i dont. I just need an opinion. Someone Has the same problem i do? should I go see a doctor? and what kind of doctor do I see?

I had a similar problem but I'm not quite, you're level of 140 thin "5'11. Anyway, I just talked to a colleague about this and one of my bosses (Side note that I work at a "Wholefoods' so I'm around a lot of people with knowledge of food and body that is slightly atypical) stated that wheat can affect your bodies ability to use the protein in muscle growth. I not even try it (it will take determination to remove all wheat for a while), but in the past I went on spirits in the pack muccle or fat in vain. It's worth a shot, but you may have to abandon some of these compounds complement and take another more natural way as they could have wheat byproducts em, if they would have a warning on allergen wheat em well.
