take many supplements at once?
Here is what im taking. im taking it all at once .. twice a day. creatine hydrochloride (2 tablets) --- NO2 hemodilator (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate )---- 8 tablets of multivitamins GNC mega men sport (too many to list in her )---- 2 tablets daily CAL-MAG + D with boron --- 6 pills and I have Muscle Milk drink two shakes per day (whey) --- 140g per day I heard you can stack supplements, but I do not know if its good to take it all over the food too? I'm on a good battery? or is it bad? im going to happen in the military soon, so I want to get my body in excellent condition based. muscle recovery, endurance, etc. any info would be appreciated, thanks yeah i had a feeling that they were just a waist of money. sorry I forgot to say, im 21, im 6 feet and 170 pounds thank you for the help so far!
I hate to break it to you, and I am sure you will not want to hear what ... But this comes from a bodybuilder who has worked on more than 10 years. 230 pounds of body fat of 10% .... You do not need all these supplements to build muscle! If all these supplements worked, we would big muscular guy ever on the corner! You'll never see this.
