Would Ensure plus help me gain weight eating it alongside large meals?
I was wondering if I drank 3 cans of ensure plus daily alongside large meals as to if it could help me gain weight. I weigh 130 and am 5'9 and my goal is approximately 145 or higher. I work out so it is extremely difficult for me to gain more weight. If I do this for say two months should this help me reach my goal? Or possibly even sooner?
