I don't know how to put these words into metaphors!!!?
I need to write a metaphor for all of these words so i can get credit for PE. don't ask why.
FITT FORMULA
Frequency
Intensity
Principle of Overload
Target Fitness Zone
Threshold of Training
How about using an old style printing machine or linotype newspaper publisher for the metaphor?
Frequency required daily publication or you'd miss some of the news.
The Intensity of the press had to be set just right or the print would be too light to read (do any good)
Overloading would cause a paper jam, wasted production and delay in meeting your goal
You wanted to Target your readership for the most pay-off on the advertising dollar.
