does being flexible effect my athletic ability?
all i do is cardio in the gym
and recent i discoved
i cant seem to touch my toes when doing that stretch
i was wondering if i was more flexible if my cardio(running) performance could be enhanced?
That's like asking does getting smarter make me a better scholar. It's a definite yes 100% think if you can stretch out your legs then you could stride farther I was in track for 4 years baseball for 15 football for 8 and hockey for like 5 or 6 and every football season I'd lift a lot more and stretch a lot less and my track times would drop because I wasn't as flexible then come baseball season and my track speeds would increase because we'd always stretch of course it's more detailed than that but generally being flexier helps a bunch try it for a month or 2 stretch the crap out of yourself like 3 tomes a day and see how
much of a change you notice
