Will i lose weight doing my exercise dvd once a day for about 30 minutes?
I'm currently doing an exercise dvd, but was wondering if it would help me lose weight and how quick? - Also, i'm thinking of getting an exercise bike, would i lose weight quite quick using that too everyday? and would it help the more flabby areas like my stomach?

Ideally, you should do different combinations to ensure you lose weight all over and not just focus too much on particular sports. The addition of an excercise bike is a good idea, too and any sort of exceercise will help your health regardless. The bike would benefit your overall body, but I am unsure what the DVD will do, as I don't know what it covers, but again, any sort of exercise is good. Perhaps try stomach crunches and/or sit-ups to help with the areas of your stomach that you want to focus on more. Of course, exercise needs to go alongside a good diet - balanced and nutritional, with lots of fruit, veg, (meats and fish, if you eat meat, etc.) and things like spinich, kale and other leafy greens. I can't say how quickly you would lose the weight, as it depends on your body type, really, but roughly between 2-3 weeks, should you start to see a difference, but hopefully you'll feel one beforehand.
