Why does my dietary supplement make me nauseous?
I am taking fahrenheit dietary supplement for women. Every time I take the pill, I feel a bit nauseous. Is this normal? Why is this happening? I take it with the correct amount of water and eat afterwards, but I still get nauseous.
It depends on a few factors. Are you normally sensitive to Caffeine or do you drink a lot of Caffeinated products during the day? Too much Caffeine can upset some people's systems and affect their stomachs (although headaches are typically more common).
With that being said, I found a listing of the ingredients on a sales website (which I won't post to avoid spam issues) that says, "A7-E Liquid Thermogenic Complex 15/500 (3;17-dihydroxy-delta-5-etiocholane-7-one diethylcarbonate, Sclaremax [proprietary liquid sclareolide], proprietary guggulsterone), caffeine." It's chalk-full of artificial chemicals and stimulants so that might be enough to upset your stomach right there, too.
Personally, I would skip it if it upsets your stomach. If you need another options, there are many thermogenic complexes that are natural and aren't generally upsetting to the stomach (even as simple as Chromium). Good luck and I hope I helped!
