Not all Protein Powders are created equal. What is your favorite Protein Powder and why?
We all know that there is so many different kinds of Protein Powders. Even different from the obvious: Soy, Whey, ect... there are differences in the powders in the way they mix to the way they taste. What is your favorite and why??
My favorite is the vanilla whey protein from Jigsaw Health. Their Protein is by far the easiest to mix and it actually taste pretty good. Taste different from the many I have tried before!
I also enjoy the new Dessert protein from Hi Health. The chocolate-coconut flavor is pretty good. Not as easy to stir but still realtively better then most.

IMO by far the best protien available on the market today is called Unjury. www.unjury.com . Because of the way it is processed, it is already partially broken down. It is as easy to mix in as putting sugar in a glass and can be mixed in a variety of liquids or even in icecream for a shake. It comes in huge amounts of flavors as well.
I like this protien alot because it is safe for renal patients or patiens who have had gastric bypass/lapband. I started it after being ill for nearly a month and dropping almost 40 pounds. It was the only thing that would stay down easily and not make my stomach cramp.
It also comes in an unflavored variety making it easier to put into light juices like apple. Not to mention you can buy sample sizes to try out the flavors!
