I have hypothyroidism and I take these tablets help me please?

You hypothyroidism means you thyroid does not produce enough thyroxine for your body. I guess you have now, and I think you have symptoms such as lack of concentration, sending cold, fatigue and OTHR common symptoms. I do not know which is your rate TSH, T3 and T4 levels, but I guess thismedic contains nothing that can hurt you. Vitamins and minerals are about 20-40% of the recommended daily intake doze, and there are benzoic acid and inositol, but they will not harm your current status. I guess someone hypo misunderstood words and hypo, people with hypothyroidism cause must not take large doses of minerals, especially I2. In case you have a more severe form this condition, you may want to take a second opinion from your doctor, but I can assure you that this drug will not make you ill.
