kefir can help burn fat and helps build sulture probiotics in the gut. You need a balanced diet with the four food groups, and many green leafy vegetables. Too much dairy will make your gut acids and you will not take in minerals (eg calcium) that you need to keep your bones strong. A month is just to get into the routine of training.
