Do you think this stack is good for a 16 year old?
i take isoflex whey and NO xplode pre-workout and cellmass and isoflex whey post workout and I also take a multivitamin. Is this a good stack for me since im still growing? Will any of these products stunt my growth?
nothing harmful in those products but stop taking noxplode. its worthless. its nothing more than a bunch of caffeine with some creatine. and guess what? caffeine stunts creatine absorption so you are really just getting caffeine. buy some bulk creatine monohydrate and take it with fruit juice.
