Does anyone know if the new Gi Capsules really work?
They are supposed to make you lose weight fast! I've heard that they are great but i wanted a second opinion.
My opinion to you is that if you value your health then no dont take them. Unless a pill is suscribed to you by your doctor then please do your body and life a favour and dont touch htem.
Diet pills have the same effect of Steriods which means they can strain your heart and lead to heart problems.
My advice? Stick to natures own fat loss.
(some diet tablets can even ruin the oil released into your skin which can cause early wrinkles)
