soup body building and ordered to take?
I take amino acids, glutamine, volumaize BSN, whey proteins, ZMA, creatine and 189. Does anyone when and in what order should I take these? Volumaize I use during my training, glutamine and ZMA at night, and protein in the morning, after practice, and just before bedtime. any help would be appreciated
ok I take it all that except volumaize BSN. That said, take the right volume before or during training. Its goal is to make you enjoy your muscles more. I do not know much about what Guy just seems to pump you up. First, you need to understand what everything is. Amino acids, glutaminem and whey protein are all in the same class. They are all proteins. Amino acids are the basic structures of proteins. The protein monomer is an amino acid, polymer (lots of monomer chains) is called a polypeptide.
