What is Hoodia? How does it make you feel when you use it? Does it 'motivate' you?
... like an ephidrine based product will, or is is more of a fat blocker? Is there any natural, legal products that will MENTALLY assist fat loss, that will get you up and MOOOVING! I dont have a lot to lose, but xmas and giving up smoking has given me 15lbs! And is there a way to bold or italic text here rather than CAPS?!

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
