*10 pts!* Is it better to eat a "cheat" food all at once, or have tiny bites of it througout the day?*10 pts!*
I'm on Atkins (semi-maintenance, about 30-40 carbs/day), which, as you may know is about stabilizing blood sugar levels. I also recently made oatmeal raisin cookies (by recently I mean an hour ago, hahaha), and I won't be able to get them out of the house until tomorrow afternoon. Well, I had about 2 bites so far. What I'm wondering is, is it better to eat like 2 cookies all at once, or should I take a bite like once every 3 hours throughout the day so that it doesn't have as much of an impact on blood sugar levels? Please help me out!!!!! I'm craving one so bad and I HAVE to have it! Thank you so much!
tiny bites your body will metabolise the food better so your blood sugar wont get all out of whack
