How can I burn belly fat fast and get a six pack?
I am 16 years old 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 160 and in pretty good shape, but I can not seem to lose my big belly. I do 3-4 miles a day, then work on my heart for about 15 minutes. I lose weight but not fat belly and I heard high-intensity intervals is better to burn belly fat. If possible I need a way to lose about 3-4 pounds in belly fat in 2 weeks.
